Rev the engine up slowly and check if at some point the engine stops revving for no reason. This is probably somewhere around 7-800rpm. If it revs higher than 8000rpm you’re don’t have a restricted CDI in place.

You can call this as a safe cruising speed the bike is capable of handling all day long with out any protest. Do remember the ATGATT rule. P.S: you will notice the engine becoming smoother with more kilometres. Do shift to a better oil post the first service.
